Our Settlement Agency journey began in 1973. Established by our founder – Greg Loughridge.
Our office is located in Subiaco, an amazing central location that allows ease of access as well as on-site parking for our clients. The location is a stones throw away from the banks and Landgate in Perth City which is very important for facilitating our role as your Settlement Agent.
We are an independent family business and have been nominated for many awards over the years.
We consider ourselves to be always readily available and reliable. We have a great deal of industry knowledge and expertise which has been the cornerstone of our success over 50 years of business.
In loving memory
My Father Greg was one first to receive their Settlement Agents License after it became mandatory in Western Australia and successfully guided his company from strength to strength.
In 2023 we proudly celebrated our 50th year in business. A truly remarkable achievement for a small family business!
Myself, Mother and Sister have all worked in our current office in Clive Street under my Fathers watchful eye. A little less watchful on a Friday afternoon.
Dad served in the industry for 48 years and sadly passed away in 2021 after a battle with cancer.
