- Advises Change of Ownership to Land Tax Dept, Water Authority and Local Council.
- Makes enquiries to Local Shire Council and Strata Title Body Corporate regarding building, renovations, underground power etc.
- Advises effect of General Conditions on the settlement process.
- Prepares documentation required to effect change of ownership at Landgate.
- Liaises with Purchaser’s Lending Institution.
- Prepares Settlement Statements.
- Stamps documents as required.
- Arranges and attends the settlement meeting.
